Listing content, uploaded images, contact details entered with a listing and messages sent through platform forms.

Basic technical logs, IP address, request data and anti-abuse signals used to keep the service reliable and secure.
Analytics
Aggregated website analytics may be collected through Umami to understand page usage. It is not used for advertising profiles.
Why we use data

Sharing, storage and rights
We do not sell personal data. Data may be processed by trusted service providers needed for hosting, email delivery, file storage, analytics and security.
You can request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or portability of your personal data by contacting the platform. Some data may need to be retained where law, security or dispute handling requires it.
Simple rules for using the platform
Use NextGenFarm lawfully and respectfully. If you create an account or submit a listing, you are responsible for the accuracy, legality and ownership rights of the content you provide.
Listings should describe real agricultural land, farms, estates, services or related content. Do not submit spam, misleading information, illegal content, copied photos without permission or content that violates third-party rights.
NextGenFarm may review, edit, hide or remove content that is incomplete, harmful, misleading, unlawful or outside the purpose of the platform. Repeated misuse may lead to account restrictions.
The platform helps present information and connect interested parties. Unless separately agreed in writing, NextGenFarm is not a party to transactions between users and does not guarantee the legal, technical, agronomic or financial condition of any property or offer.

Handbook purchase terms
Subject of purchase. The OPG handbook is digital content read on the NextGenFarm platform, on the buyer's user account. It is not delivered in print.
Price and payment. The price is shown at checkout and includes all costs. Payment is made by bank transfer to the seller's account with the payment reference from the order. The invoice is issued by the seller.
Delivery. Access is unlocked once the payment has been recorded, usually within 24 hours, on the account linked to the e-mail address from the order. The buyer is notified by e-mail.
Right of withdrawal. At checkout the buyer consents to delivery of the digital content starting after payment approval, before the 14-day withdrawal period ends. The buyer acknowledges that the right of withdrawal is lost once delivery begins.
Access and use. Access is personal, tied to the user account and permanent. The content is protected by copyright; sharing accounts, copying and redistribution are not permitted.
