NextGenFarm may review, edit, hide or remove content that is incomplete, harmful, misleading, unlawful or outside the purpose of the platform. Repeated misuse may lead to account restrictions.
The platform helps present information and connect interested parties. Unless separately agreed in writing, NextGenFarm is not a party to transactions between users and does not guarantee the legal, technical, agronomic or financial condition of any property or offer.
Information published on the platform is informational. For legal, tax, financial, agronomic or real-estate decisions, users should verify facts independently and consult qualified professionals where needed.
